 Sylvaner |  light and elegant enough to match all shellfish (oysters, cockles, clams) but also fish, charcuterie and even to quench a thirst, which makes it an excellent summer wine. |

 Klevner |  Alsatian name for our Pinot Auxerrois with a nice flower smell. It’s a supple wine with low acidity. It can be served as an aperitif wine or with lots of different dishes such as salads, onion tart, meat pie, white meat or fish. |

 Riesling |  The Alsace wine “par excellence”, with fruity or mineral flavours can accompany a wide veriety of the finest dishes. It is unbeatable with fish, shellfish, seafood and its native Choucroute. |

 Pinot Noir |  Alsace Pinot Noir with its fine smell of morello cherries goes well with poultry, soft cheese, and because it’s not too tannic, why not enjoy it with fish ! It will also fit well with beef, white meat or exotic dishes like tabouleh, lamb tajine or couscous. In summer you will enjoy it with grilled meat. |

 Muscat |  Wine with a powerful flavour. It gives you the impression of eating fresh grapes. Thanks to its dry character, Muscat sharpens the appetite. The finest restaurants propose it as an aperitif. It’s appreciated with asparagus, smoked salmon or grilled “andouillettes”. |

 Pinot Gris |  Its aroma of honey and toast bred mix with smoky flavours. Rounded wine which can be served as an aperitif or with “foie gras”. It will accompany with panache all those dishes usually associated with red wine : beef, white meats, roasts or duck. Excellent with game. |

 Gewurztraminer |  Wine with a rich and deep structure. Its powerful flavours of violet, litchis, roses and spices will fill your nose and mouth.
It is wonderful not only as an aperitif or with chocolate desserts, but will also enhance the flavour of strong cheeses. Gewurztraminer is an ideal match for richly flavoured dishes. It goes well with aromatic herbs or spices. This makes it an excellent partner for Asian specialities. |

 Late Vintage and Selection of Noble Grapes | from grapes harvested in a state of over-maturity, usually at the end of November, these are concentrated wines with honey and dried fruit flavours. Excellent as an aperitif or with dessert, or just for pleasure. |
